Irva Kay Neyhart earned a B.S. and Masters from Kansas State University and was an instructor with the same from 1973 – 1980.  She joined the College of Business at Oregon State University from 1980 – 1989 prior to joining Stover Neyhart & Co as a founding partner.  She is a past president of the local chapter of Oregon Society of CPA’s.

Since moving to private practice Irva has remained active with the University and currently sits on the board of the OSU Foundation, the Athletic Director Advisory Board, the Beaver Athletic Student Fund (past president), and the Deans Circle of Excellence for the College of Business.  She was honored with the Oregon State University College of Business Distinguished Business Partner Award in 2003.

In addition to the University she is active in the community as a member of the Women’s Empowerment Exchange (WE2) and sits on the Budget and Finance Committee for the City of Corvallis.  She is also a past president of Corvallis Country Club.
